Well-rounded, medium bodied coffee from the Wahgi Valley Region in Papua New Guinea. We taste notes of blueberry, praline, and cocoa nib. This is a medium-roasted coffee, so expect a more classic taste to your cup. Excels on espresso and pour over with blueberry-forward notes that will never get old. This one takes a bit longer to rests up before the berry comes in, so if you're wanting these notes, save this bag until 2-3 weeks off roast at the earliest.
