Fruit-forward, light bodied coffee from the Yirgacheffe Region in Ethiopia. We taste notes of mango, apricot, and jasmine. This is a lightly-roasted coffee, leaning slightly towards medium, so expect a bit of acidity. Excels on pour over but can make a pretty funky 'spro if you want to switch things up. This one rests up quick, so it should be good to go & fruit forward just two weeks off roast, but will get better with time.
